If you are host renting out shared space in your home then we offer the following program to help you establish a plan to increase your bookings and revenue by making your space and listing more attractive to guests looking for accommodations in your area.
Dedicated Space Program Steps

2. Site visit.
3. Accommodations SWOT analysis.
4. Competitive analysis.
5. Space enhancement and optimization recommendations.
6. Pricing strategy.
7. Communication planning: Pre-booking, during stay, post stay.
Program fee: $1,500 Venmo to start.
Support commission: 15% of bookings.
Term: 1 year. Auto renews for subsequent years.
Investing in your property: Based on our recommendations you will likely need to invest in improvements to optimize your rental space. We will work with you on your budget for these costs. In some cases we may recommend furniture, painting, and professional photography. In other cases we simply help you optimize what you already have to enhance your appeal to potential guests.
Ongoing support:
Month 1-4: Weekly support calls. Adjustments and recommendations.
Month: 5-12 Monthly support calls. Adjustments and recommendations
